What we’re looking for in a Founding Principal:

• Administrative experience in education
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience
• Skilled in curriculum development
• Adept at promoting cooperation and community building
• Willing to work with a Board of Trustees
• Motivational, energetic, resourceful, optimistic
